1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

4.6 aq1111 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) the withdrawal is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity; (c) the account has an unresolved dispute; or (d) the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have not been satisfied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated for each offer.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. The following actions may constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them:

9. Technical Errors and System Malfunctions

9.1 In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or software failure that results in an obviously incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, aq1111 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's account balance.

9.2 aq1111 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service disruptions. aq1111 will not be liable for any losses caused by such interruptions.

9.3 Players must report suspected system errors to [email protected] promptly. Continued use of a known error to gain financial advantage will be treated as a breach of these Terms under Clause 8.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on aq1111.pro — including but not limited to the aq1111 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the property of aq1111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
